The wine-making process of Dolcetto d'Alba takes place in horizontal fermentation tanks with temperature control for 6-7 days. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks for 8-9 months.
The color is ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is young, fresh, with fruity and floral notes. The taste is balanced and persistent, with acid, tannic and alcoholic components. The finish is long and complex.
