In the cellar
We bear responsibility for a unique and high-value raw material
The vinification of Barolo Vignarionda takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 18/20 days. The ageing process lasts 24 months, the first year in 225 litre French oak barriques and the second year in large Slavonian oak casks.
