In the cellar

We bear responsibility for a unique and high-value raw material

The vinification of Barolo Vignarionda takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 18/20 days. The ageing process lasts 24 months, the first year in 225 litre French oak barriques and the second year in large Slavonian oak casks.

When you think of Serralunga, you think of Vignarionda

Vignarionda is the Serralunga cru par excellence, undoubtedly among the most well-known and appreciated appellations. It is indeed a vineyard with an exceptional vocation for Nebbiolo, which here results in a singular and unique Barolo.
